How can I Order Prescriptions online?
  1. Call us at 800-793-2637 , and provide us with your name , phone , number , shipping address , and prescription insurance information .
  2. You will be assigned a Patient ID#. Your Patient ID# is confidential, and will guarantee that information sent to Damer & Cartwright remains secure.
  3. After your patient ID# has been established you can use the following order form at any time to order refill prescriptions.
